Positive: Location was lovely. The apartment was great and big plus was the hot tub. Negative: Nothing negative about it.

Positive: Peaceful and beautiful perfect place to relax both day and night. Lovely and spacious very well equipped. Negative: Nothing it was perfect.

Positive: The location was peaceful and we enjoyed stargazing from the hottub in the private garden. We also tried horseriding which is available on site. Only 7 minutes drive from Coldstream so it's close to plenty of shops, cafes and pubs. The owners/staff were really friendly. We would definitely stay again.

Positive: Hot tub, views, quirkiness. Negative: Bedding for third person could be in covers already to use.

Nothing negative to say whatsoever, it was a truly lovely facility, well thought out and with minimum fuss. Thoroughly r Positive: We loved the huge hot tub, the beautiful private garden where it’s positioned, the wonderful locations (so close to beautiful places to visit) and all the facilities you’d need. Negative: I didn’t like the stairs as I’ve got creaky knees but it’s one flight only, as long as you’re aware of it, not a problem! I hadn’t realised (probably didn’t read everything properly!) There is a stair gate though which was great to stop the dog running up and down them!
